How much hair will be taken off?
Depending on your dogs coat condition, breed and your preferences we aim to meet your standards, meaning we can take off as much or as little as you like🎀
What if my dog's coat is matted?
We will assess the dogs coat before the groom and keep you in the loop. If the matting is tight to the skin, we may have to clip that area, but will always try to keep to the style where necessary and blend in the clipped area to keep your dog looking as neat as possible✂️
What shampoos/ products do you use in this package?
Options include a deshedding, conditioning, degreasing, sensitive or deep cleaning shampoo depending on your dog's coat type and condition. We use a deep argon oil conditioner, followed by a conditioning spray and a fragrance of your choice💛
